Akio Tanaka was formerly the head of venture investment program for Adobe in Asia and was responsible for Adobe's corporate venture investment in Greater China, Japan, and India. Previous to Adobe, Mr. Tanaka held the position of CTO for Macromedia Japan working as part of the local management team as well as the position of Technology Advisor to the CEO for Macromedia Inc. at the US headquarters advising the CEO on investment and M&A strategies in Asia. Akio Tanaka holds a Master's degree from the University of British Columbia, Canada and received the Governor General's Gold Medal for graduating at the head of his class.

Mr. Ono was formerly co-founder and COO of CA Mobile, the leading mobile media, content, commerce and advertisement company in Japan. Mr. Ono first began building mobile sites in 1999 when he was still a graduate student. He joined CA Mobile in 2000 as the starting employee and oversaw its revenue growth from almost 0 to 135 million USD in 7 years. As the COO of the company, Mr. Ono managed the company operation with over 300 employees. Having launched over 100 mobile services (including "NewsCafe" the largest news aggregator in Japan) and acquired over 10 million mobile subscribers, Mr. Ono possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience concerning mobile service development and monetization. Mr. Ono is recognized as the pioneer of the "off-deck" mobile business model in Japan. Mr. Ono holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science and Master's in Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Tokyo.

Masashi Kobayashi founded Infinity Venture Partners in December of 2007. His main focus is on early stage investments in the Digital Media sector. Masashi Kobayashi has also organized the leading Venture Conference "Infinity Ventures Summit" (formally New Industry Leaders Summit) since November of 2004. Prior to founding Infinity Venture Partners, Masashi Kobayashi was a partner of the leading Japanese venture capital firm "Globis Capital Partners". He was responsible for early and development stage investments in the Digital Media and Software sectors and made a significant contribution to Globis Capital Partners as one of the management team. He has been published in many Newspapers, Online Medias, and Magazines as the leading Venture Capitalist in the Digital Media sector. His representative deal is GREE(TSE 3632), the leading mobile based social networking and entertainment service. Previously, Masashi Kobayashi acted as a director of RecycleOne, GREE(TSE 3632), Interactive Brains, Interscope (acquired by Yahoo! Japan), Ariel Networks (acquired by Works Applications), VirtualeX (acquired by Simplex Technology). In 2001, Masashi Kobayashi started his venture capitalist career as an associate at Apax Globis Partners, an affiliate of Apax Partners. In 2004, he was promoted to partner of Apax Globis Partners. In 2006, he joined Globis Capital Partners as one of the founding partners of Globis Fund III (JPY 18 billion). Prior to working at Apax Globis Partners, Masashi Kobayashi was a management consultant for Arthur D. Little, focusing on Telecommunication, Information Technology, Media and the Electronics sector. Masashi Kobayashi received a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from the University of Tokyo.
